3) Anti-fraud and safety notice

AFDC will never ask for passwords or OTPs over calls, messages, or email. Do not share OTPs, PINs, or banking credentials with anyone. If you suspect fraud or impersonation, contact us immediately.

4) Communication consent

By submitting an enquiry, you consent to be contacted by AFDC via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email for enquiry follow-up and service-related communication. If you prefer not to receive promotional messages, you can request opt-out by contacting us.

5) Transparency and fair dealing

Loan amounts, interest rates, charges, tenure, and repayment terms are communicated based on eligibility and documentation. Please review all documents carefully before acceptance.

6) Relevant laws (India + Tamil Nadu) — general reference

The following laws may be relevant to website use, disclosures, lending practices, and consumer protection (depending on applicability):
