1. Payment Processing: All payments made through this portal are processed via UPI (Unified Payments Interface). AFDC Finance does not store or have access to your bank account details, UPI PIN, or card information. Payment verification is done manually by our team using the mobile number and email provided.

2. Payment Confirmation: After successful payment, please allow up to 24-48 working hours for payment verification and account update. You will receive a confirmation via SMS/Email once your payment is processed.

3. Refund Policy: In case of duplicate payments or erroneous transactions, refund requests must be raised within 7 days by contacting our support team. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after verification.

4. Data Privacy: Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not share your information with third parties except as required for payment processing or as mandated by law.

5. No Financial Advice: This payment portal is for loan repayment purposes only. Information displayed does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

6. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided. AFDC Finance shall not be liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect information submitted by the user.

7. Governing Law: This transaction and any disputes arising thereof shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Compliance: AFDC Finance operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws including the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Tamil Nadu Money-Lenders Act, 1957 (where applicable).
